These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the l89y platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the l89y website (https://l89y.lat) and all related services, you agree to comply with all of the following terms.

4.2 Withdrawal

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any payment is found to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious, l89y reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met — on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household, or address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• l89y reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the bonus conditions are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• In cases of bonus abuse (e.g., using multiple accounts, mirror betting), all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Acceptable Use

4. Attempting to introduce hacking, malware, or other harmful code into the system.
5. Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
